Let's track these four items:

November 4, 2008
  1. unemployment - (September 2008) 6.1%
  2. Prime Interest Rate - 4.00%
  3. National average regular gasoline $2.391
  4. DJIA - (close) 9625.28
I will come up with a chart or something, but lets keep an eye on this now that we are going to have 'real change'.
